Citizens should be able to clearly see whether their government is improving public cleanliness, reducing pollution, maintaining public infrastructure, increasing safety, and creating healthier living conditions. These services should be measured through transparent public dashboards, service standards, response timelines, and local accountability systems so that democratic performance becomes visible not only during elections, but in daily life.
