Companies who revoke job offers after an employee has accepted the new job offer from that company should be penalised.
Companies many a time revoke job offers given out to a job applicants because of which freshers lose opportunities and remain unemployed often unable to make their entry to the industry after their graduation is completed in a highly volatile economy. Such job offer revoke scenario also drastically impacts employees who are switching their company and have accepted the job offer of new company and resigned in their current company amidst a volatile economic scenario. Thus, companies revoking job offers after a candidate has accepted the offer should be penalized.
